Nice park. Access via winding road, newly paved but already damaged, but still doable for large rigs. Very slow WiFi (shared HughesNet). Nice and helpful manager. Large and pretty level sites. Park can and will be improved, but it is still the best park in the area, way better than KOA and J+J. 11 miles away from town.

Professional park layout. WiFi $3/day but good quality. Lots of local "weekenders" with no clue about RVing. Loose pets, owners dont care (dont pick up) and complaints to the office are a waist of time. Only the manager cares a bit, the other staff dont care at all. Pool not heated. Still worth the price (Passport America/weekend)

Rate is based on $175/week. Daily rate is way too high ($38). Nice park. Sites are larger than average in this area. Enough room for an additional car. Level, concrete pads with a short table. Conveniently located near ferry, shops, restaurants and public beaches.

This park CAN NOT accommodate big rigs (We have a 40' MH). The entrance is way too small and the streets too narrow. Sites are dirty and not maintained at all. Mostly contractors with 2-3 cars on each site. Lousy electric system. (low voltage on 50 amps). Manager was off and the deputy manager had no clue about anything.

Very nice setting within a cattle ranch. All backins are next to the Nueces River under large trees. Pull Throughs are large and face the pond (they call it lake). We were able to watch wildlife through our windshield every morning and evening. Park is clean, but a little run down. Management does not seem to care much. Very quiet and in the middle of nowhere.

A very crowded park with no room for maneuvering. There were mostly long term residents with 2-3 vehicles per site - most of them parked in the small streets. The city road exit is very dangerous. The park is next to very noisy Interstate 8. A typical corporate owned park - with a clueless staff.

Huge park, all backups, wide streets and turns. Sites are gravel with the streets paved. Many park models, but several hundred sites for short term visitors. Nice mountain view. No refunds and charge for site change.

An excellent park. Very wide grass areas with table and barbecue. Sites are gravel and level. A professionally run park. Small restaurant with free breakfast for campers (during season).

Very nice park, very nice owner family. If you like to have the Snake River right in your front (or back) yard, this is the place to stay. Close doors and windows though (bugs). Bring enough groceries, this park is far away from the next village. Great rates (Passport America).

An old, run down park. Very tiny sites. Slide outs of neighbors almost touch each other. The only advantage: location. Park is pretty dirty. Most sites occupied by long term users. Overcrowded and loud. Satellite not working (high trees) but no Wi-Fi. Management does not appear to care about anything but making money.
